Mr G Ravinder is having around 25+ years of experience in the field of healthcare sector. He has experience in both Project Management and Corporate Operations at Senior Management positions. He has implemented more than 30+ tertiary care hospitals and 5 industrial projects across India and in abroad from Concept stage to commissioning.
He has been into Healthcare profession since the year 1996 and worked in various positions such as a SBU Head (Hospital Unit Head) , GM -Operations initial stage ,Vice President (Care Hospitals group during 2007-2019); Group Head-Projects (BRL 2019-21), etc.
Currently, engaged as a Consultant, Adviser & Director with GVK EMRI (Emergency Management & Research Institute) Hospital, Hyderabad , Director-Operations with AHS IPL, Healthcare consultant for implementing a 75-bed medical rehab center, Hyderabad, peer review of designs & overseeing construction -Medical college project, Pondicherry, Infrastructural & clinal facility Due Diligence of the Hospital chains in Hyderabad, Kerala, Reviewing & finalizing designs & service plan for establishment of 100 bed Tibetan medicines hospital, Providing inputs for finalization of designs and overseeing construction of 350 bed Cancer Teaching Hospital in AP.
ABROAD ASSIGNMENTS: South Korea, Singapore, Hongkong, Colombo, Dubai, Kenya, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Ghana, Senegal on various healthcare and Industrial project assignments.
Project Management experience: Having 25+ years experience in the field of Project Management from Concept stage to Commissioning of Hospitals. The responsibility includes project planning, validations & finalization of designs, establishment of green field & brown field Hospital projects till commissioning. The scope includes involvement in conceptualization of hospital projects, budgeting, project strategies, validation of designs, clinical planning, medical equipment planning and non-medical equipment planning, construction management of Civil & MEP, Interiors works, project procurement, infrastructure finalizations & space acquisitions, guiding/assisting during mergers & acquisitions are being core functions.

· Advisor for various Conclaves & Summits of ASHRAE/ISHRAE, FSAI, ACREX who have been workings on standards and conducting training programs in the field of Air conditioning, Indoor Air quality and Fire safety for Hospital projects.
